Shazia Travel Tours is a small, family-run company based in Mauritius. We started with one vehicle and a phone number, and we still answer that phone ourselves.
Everything we do sits on three services: getting you in from the airport, showing you the island, and being reachable the rest of the week when a plan changes. No call centre, and your booking is never handed to a stranger.

We are there before you are
We follow the flight number, not the printed schedule. If you land two hours late, the driver is still standing there with your name.

Questions we get every week
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number you gave us, so we know before you land. The driver adjusts and waits. There is no extra charge for a delay outside your control.
How do I recognise the driver at arrivals?
He waits in the arrivals hall, just past customs, holding a board with your name on it. We also send you his name, his photo and his mobile number the day before.
How do I pay, and can I pay in euros?
Cash in rupees, euros or pounds directly to the driver, or a bank transfer before you arrive for group bookings. Card payment can be arranged on request.
Are the prices per person or per vehicle?
Transfers and land excursions are priced per vehicle, so a family of four pays the same as a couple. Boat trips and entrance fees are per person, because the operators charge us that way.
Can we change the route on the day?
Yes. The routes on this site are a starting point. Skip a stop, stay longer at a beach, add a lunch place someone recommended. Tell the driver and he will make it work.
Do you take large groups and weddings?
Yes. We run coaches up to 28 seats and can put several vehicles on the same job. Send the guest count and the venue and we come back with a plan and a single price.
